Shipping fee

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. This rate applies to all eligible destinations serviced by our carrier partners.

Destination availability

We ship to addresses that our carrier partners can service. If an address cannot be delivered to, we will notify you, cancel the shipment, and issue a refund to the original payment method or help you update the address before fulfillment.

Split shipments

To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately. When this happens, each package receives its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Tracking updates

After dispatch, we send tracking details to the email used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan; occasional gaps in tracking visibility can occur during transit.

Delays outside our control

External factors—such as severe weather, customs processing, peak-season volume, or carrier network disruptions—can extend delivery timelines. While these events are outside our control, we will support you with updates and next steps.

Accurate shipping address

Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including unit or apartment numbers where applicable. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processing.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives with damage, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will work with the carrier to investigate and make it right—we are here to help.
