Intellectual Property Claim

1. Statement of Intent

Fellow Apothecary respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials or trademarks on our platform.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify us immediately. Your claim must be in writing and include the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on fellowapothecary.com (please provide specific URLs).
• Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Response Procedure

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the material of your claim.

4. Repeat Infringers

Fellow Apothecary reserves the right to terminate access for any user or partner who is found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
