Returns Policy

  • At a glance: 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and, where possible, in original packaging.
  • Eligible reasons include defective, damaged, wrong item, wrong size shipped, or significantly different from description; fit or change-of-mind is also accepted if condition standards are met.
  • Return shipping: we cover returns due to our error; customers cover change-of-mind/fit returns.
  • Start by emailing support with order number, reason, photos, and your preferred resolution—we are here to help.
  • Refund timing: 5–7 business days after inspection, plus 5–10 business days for your bank to post.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

What qualifies for a return

We design our policies to support confident, creative styling. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any of the following reasons: the item is defective or damaged on arrival, the wrong item or wrong size was shipped, or the product is significantly different from its description. If the piece simply doesn’t suit your fit or styling vision, we also accept change-of-mind returns when item condition requirements are met. We are here to help you find the best path forward, whether refund or exchange.

Condition requirements

To keep every garment ready for its next life, returned items must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include the original packaging where possible. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or alterations.

Photo and proof requirements

Clear context helps us resolve issues quickly. When you contact us, please include:

  • Well-lit photos of the issue (close-up) and the full front and back of the item
  • A photo of the size or care tag
  • The order number and a short description of what happened

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason, photos as outlined above, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Our team will review and reply within 1–2 business days with approval status and next steps.
  4. Once approved, follow the instructions in our email for the return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  5. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval to keep the request active.

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., slight color differences due to screen settings) are not considered defects

Exchanges

If the size or color you want is available, we can arrange an exchange after approval. To keep things moving, we may process the exchange once the original item is in transit and shows carrier movement. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund according to the timelines below. We are here to help you land on a look you love.

Approval and communication timeline

After you email us, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approval, return instructions, and (when applicable) a prepaid label will be sent by email. If additional details are needed, we will let you know promptly so we can complete the review without delay.

Refunds for returns

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Bank posting time: 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement
  • No restocking fees apply
  • Original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault (see table above)
