Orders

How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Choose your style and size, add it to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Confirm your shipping details and pay using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. All orders are charged in USD and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We prepare your pieces within 1-1 business days and send a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio. Shipping

What are the shipping fee, handling time, and transit time?

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days, and standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Timing begins after your order is confirmed.

How will I receive tracking information?

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take a short time to update while it moves through the carrier’s system. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us—we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window and what do I need to start a return?

You can return items within 30 days from delivery. Please ensure items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). No restocking fee applies. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason, and we will guide you through the next steps. Original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault (for example, an incorrect or defective item).

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement. Refunds are issued in USD. We are here to help if you have any questions during the process.
