What you need to know (At a glance)
- Cancellation window: within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order enters processing (typically within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days), cancellation is not guaranteed; after shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method in USD. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after approval, plus 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- Standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order and is refundable only if we are at fault; no restocking fees.
- Please confirm your shipping address carefully before paying; address changes may not be possible once submitted.
Your cancellation window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours after the order is placed. We designed this short window to respect quick turnarounds while giving you a moment to make adjustments. Requests received after the 2-hour window will be treated as “cancel if possible.”
After processing begins
Our team often starts preparing orders within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days. Once an order is in processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the package has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may consider initiating a return after delivery in line with our returns guidance.
How to request a cancellation
- Email [email protected] within 2 hours of purchase.
- Use subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Include: full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to cancel.
- We will confirm order status and the outcome by reply email.
Refunds for approved cancellations
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex) in USD. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement. The $6.99 per order shipping fee is refunded only when Fellowapothecary is at fault (for example, a duplicate order caused by a system error). No restocking fees apply.
Shipping address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing payment. Providing an accurate and complete address is your responsibility. Address edits or reroutes may not be possible after the order is submitted, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
